Support
Here are the things people ask most. If yours isn't covered, email help@epitech.uk and we'll get back to you.
What do I need to use EpiPTV?
EpiPTV is a player for your own IPTV subscription — it does not include any channels or content itself. You'll need an active subscription from an IPTV provider and your sign-in details.
Which providers and logins are supported?
EpiPTV currently supports Xtream Codes logins and SupaLegacy IPTV accounts. Support for multiple profiles and a wider range of providers is on the way.
Which devices does EpiPTV run on?
EpiPTV is a native app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Versions for Apple Vision Pro and Mac are planned for the future.
How do I add my subscription?
Open the app and sign in with your provider's details (for Xtream Codes, that's your server URL, username and password). EpiPTV then loads your live channels, movies, series and TV guide.
Can I watch offline?
Yes. You can download movies and episodes to your device — with pause, resume and retry — and watch them later, even without a connection.
Does Picture in Picture work with other apps?
Yes. EpiPTV supports system-wide Picture in Picture, so your stream keeps playing in a floating window while you use other apps.
A channel or stream won't play — what can I do?
Try switching the stream format (HLS or MPEG-TS) or increasing the network buffer in Settings. If your provider returns incorrect URLs, the built-in Playlist/EPG editor can rewrite them. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help.
How do I get EpiPTV?
EpiPTV is a free download from the App Store. One download covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. You'll need an IPTV subscription from your own provider to sign in.
Still need help?
Email help@epitech.uk with your device, iOS/tvOS version and a short description of the issue, and we'll do our best to sort it out.
