Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EpiPTV ("we", "us", the "app") handles information when you use it on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. We've designed EpiPTV to keep your data on your device wherever possible. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you provide

To use EpiPTV you sign in with credentials from your own IPTV provider (for example Xtream Codes or SupaLegacy account details). These credentials are stored locally on your device so the app can connect to your provider on your behalf. They are not shared with us.

Content and playback data

All streaming content is delivered directly from your provider to your device. Information such as your favourites, recently watched channels, reminders, download list and watch history is stored locally on your device to power features like resume, insights and your Year in Review. This data stays on your device.

Network requests

When you use the app, your device communicates directly with your IPTV provider's servers to fetch channel lists, programme guide (EPG) data and media streams. Your use of those servers is governed by your provider's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control.

Notifications

If you set a reminder for an upcoming programme, EpiPTV schedules a local notification on your device. These notifications are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.

Analytics and tracking

EpiPTV does not track you across other apps and websites. If any diagnostic or analytics services are used in a future release, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Children's privacy

EpiPTV is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
